Fitch cut Greece’s sovereign credit rating to “C”

GMT 222 evening, rating agency Fitch announced that lowered Greece’s credit rating from “CCC” to “C”, “C” rating means that Greece will default in the short term.

Fitch also pointed out that after the completion of the debt swap program implemented by the Greek government, the Greek government will essentially appear in “restrictive breach”.
